Easy, delicious recipes! I've always been intimidated to cook fish and sea food but these recipes are so easy to follow and quick to make. I especially love the steamed clams because they're cooked in under 10 minutes and look so fancy! I make them every time I have guests over. Oh! It's a pescatarian cook book but don't forget about desserts [uh hm...cake pops*]!!!Fabulous cookbook! I've been researching ways to cut down my intake of meat. I love fish but sometimes don't know what to do with it!
